I used to hate how I look

Growing up, I was always one of the smallest and skinniest. I focused on basketball and never thought the gym was necessary—until I was cut from my high school team. In 2021, I started training to improve, weighing just 110 pounds at the time.

What began as a goal for performance quickly became a passion. Like many beginners, I struggled with misinformation and spent hours overtraining, thinking more work meant better results.

Through trial and error, I learned how to train effectively and build muscle the right way. Since then, I’ve gained over 50 pounds and continue to improve every day.

Now, my goal is to help others avoid the same mistakes and give them the structure and guidance I wish I had when I started.

As of April 2026, I have obtained my NCEP Personal Training Certification, and I am currently at 163 pounds. I have transformed my body in a way that I myself am proud of. Now I want to help other people achieve the same feeling and be proud of themselves.
